Hager and Hunt fail to hold

Poker is great because the chips tell stories even before we try to get details from the players.  Mike Hager wore his stack down before doubling through Tim Faro, flopping bottom pair on the button in a 3-bet pot and improving to two pair by the river.

I saw the hand, walked away, and when I went back to check on him, I was met by an empty chair.

Ron Hunt flopped top pair, turned top two, and got put all-in by Rusty Lawson. Rusty’s AhJh was slightly behind Ron’s As8s on 876hh Ad.

Wasn’t meant to be for Ron, but he did take the jack river surprisingly well.

Blinds approaching to bb800, we’ve opened an eighth table; still plenty of play left today.

Denise Allen allegedly correctly called off the last of Hager’s chips when she held bottom pair on the river, good enough.  She’s got over triple starting at 120K right now.  Justin “Hello Kitty” Arnwine also sitting over 100K.
